If you’re not satisfied with a wine you purchased from Overstock Cellars, just let us know.

You may return unopened bottles, and we will gladly:

  • Replace the wine with something you’ll enjoy, or
  • Refund your purchase price

Important Note on Weather & Shipping Conditions

Wine is sensitive to temperature.

While we take care in packing and shipping, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Extreme heat or cold
  • Carrier delays once the shipment is in transit

To protect your wines, we strongly recommend:

  • Selecting overnight shipping during extreme weather, or
  • Requesting a complimentary weather hold in our climate-controlled warehouse
