The Realm 2017 Moonracer 1.5L Magnum is a highly collectible estate wine from Wappo Hill in Napa Valley’s Stags Leap District. Moonracer is Realm’s Cabernet Sauvignon-based estate bottling, composed from the finest lots across a vineyard distinguished by multiple blocks, elevations, exposures and diverse soils.
The 2017 blends 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot. Rich layers of blackberry, boysenberry, cassis, dark cherry, chocolate, tobacco, exotic spice and mineral notes are framed by impressive freshness and refined tannins. Powerful and concentrated yet elegant, this is classic Stags Leap District Cabernet with exceptional depth and a long, savory finish.
