The Silver Oak 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is an exceptional, beautifully structured Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Napa Valley's most iconic wineries. Crafted from carefully selected vineyards throughout Napa Valley, this elegant wine showcases Silver Oak's signature richness, refined texture and distinctive American oak aging.
The outstanding 2018 vintage opens with captivating aromas of ripe strawberry, fresh carnation, black pepper and vanilla, complemented by layers of blackberry and bright red cherry. The palate builds in richness and intensity, delivering concentrated dark berry fruit, subtle spice and beautifully integrated oak. Polished tannins, vibrant acidity and a luxurious texture lead to a long, balanced finish with lingering blackberry and cherry notes.
Crafted from a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15.2% Merlot, 5.1% Cabernet Franc, 3.2% Petit Verdot and 0.5% Malbec, this wine reflects the exceptional growing conditions of the 2018 Napa Valley vintage. A mild spring, warm summer and extended ripening season allowed the grapes to develop remarkable depth, concentration and complexity, resulting in a sophisticated Cabernet Sauvignon with excellent aging potential.
