The 2013 Fuligni Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG is an elegant and traditionally styled 100% Sangiovese from one of Montalcino's historic estates. Sourced from mature vines and aged in large Slavonian oak casks, this highly acclaimed Riserva combines concentration and structure with the freshness, precision and finesse characteristic of Fuligni.
Expressive layers of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry and plum mingle with violet, licorice, tobacco, herbs, baking spice and mineral notes. The palate is focused and beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins and concentrated red fruit leading to a long, refined finish.
Awarded 96 points by both James Suckling and Wine Enthusiast, with Wine Enthusiast naming it a Cellar Selection, the 2013 Fuligni Riserva is a highly collectible, cellar-worthy Brunello with outstanding elegance and long-term aging potential.
